Ingredients:
For the top layer:
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon flour
salt to taste
For the bottom layer:
2 cups coconut milk
5 tablespoons flour
2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
3 pieces pandan and make juice
How to Make:
Mix upper and lower layers into different bowls.
Heat steaming, add the sugar into the temalong, close the steam pot. Allow 3 minutes.
Open the lid, put the bottom layer and let cook 10 minutes, let the little frozen.
Then enter the top layer and leave 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool, then serve.
