Ingredients (5)
1 packet noodles are blanched
3 medium-large sweet potato
10 dried chillies
a handful of dried shrimp
1 tablespoon brown sugar or white sugar
salt to taste
1 large onion and 5 cloves of garlic blended together
3 of spinach, trimmed and blanched
3 pieces of fried tofu and sliced
2 boiled eggs
2 stalks finely chopped scallions
2 red chillies finely sliced
salt to taste
1 small bowl of peanuts (fried without oil and grind)
Ways
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces for easy tender. Dried chili, dried shrimp and potatoes boiled in a pot together 1 quart of water. Boil for 30 minutes.
